If you are building an AI agent that needs its own email address, at a hackathon or in an early-stage company, we give you a paid plan for a while so the limits don’t get in the way. You get a code; you redeem it in the dashboard.

Hackathons
Builder for 3 months
25,000 emails a month, 100 inboxes, 10 custom domains and 1,000 reply drafts, for every team at the event. Organisers get one code for all participants.
Startups
Team for 6 months
150,000 emails a month, 1,000 inboxes, 50 custom domains, 10 seats and two years of mail retention, for a company building an agent product.

Who qualifies

  • Hackathons: an event, online or in person, where teams build with AI agents. Tell us its name, dates, expected number of teams and a link.
  • Startups: a company under about three years old and without large funding rounds, building a product in which agents send or receive email. Accelerator and incubator cohorts count. Tell us what you are building and roughly how much mail you expect.
  • Everyone follows the same sending rules as paying customers: one-to-one mail to people who expect it, no bulk or cold campaigns.

How to apply

  1. Write to hello@agentboxd.com with the details above. A person reads every request, usually within two working days.
  2. We send you a code. Hackathon codes work for every team at the event until the date on the code.
  3. Sign in (free, no card), open Settings → Redeem a code and enter it. The workspace moves to the new plan at once.

How codes work

  • A code only ever raises your plan. A workspace already on that plan or a higher one can’t use it, and nothing you pay for is ever lowered by a code.
  • One code at a time per workspace, and each code once per workspace.
  • When the period ends, the workspace goes back to the plan it had before, automatically. We email the owners a week before. Nothing is charged: there is no card on file.
  • Going back to Free also means Free’s limits again, including its mail retention of 30 days: older mail is deleted at the next nightly clean-up. Label what you want to keep with keep, or ask us to move you to a paid plan before the end.
  • We may revoke credits that are used for spam or other abuse, as with any plan.
